Banners should look good, showing careerbuilder.it as a high-end "virtual boutique" for the Top jobs in our country. You can find more than 7000 jobs live on the website, so there's place for everyone to get a better career. IN any case, the target audience should be the most interesting talents and candidates in Italy.
We would like to see the logo in the banners, and a quick copy: "Il lavoro dei tuoi sogni ti aspetta".
We'd love to have the banners in an editable format (psd or any other) as well, so we can localize it for Spain and eventually test new wordings easily
We leave free space for designers to create something really cool and that impress users. I enclose our logo (it doesn't need to be in that colour, it can be also blended differently).
