I've attached a bunch of covers I really like. I'm looking for something along these lines. Make sure the subtitle is bold and readable.

Avoid using black or white color as the background color. Avoid being gender-specific in the cover. A dad could be having either a son or a daughter. Try to add an illustration of a pregnant wife and husband. Try to write "Congrats" in Caligraphy or handwritten typography. If you can make the "!" in "Dad!" a pregnancy test stick that would be great.
