How "diet and exercise" is failing and how you can break free
- Strong, vibrant, attractive color palette.
- We're turning the diet industry upside down with our bold, edgy and disruptive message and want the design to reflect this, but not in a way that's too masculine or daunting. Women are the primary purchasers of diet and weight loss books and we don't want to scare them with a cover that's too intense. In this case, bold should equal exciting rather than bully. Design must be fresh and contemporary. We want to lead with our vision of "rebranding how people get healthy."
- The design should represent a sense of freedom from scale, yo-yo dieting, and frustration associated with weight-loss. It should convey that those methods and feelings are outdated and that getting healthy can be an empowering experience, not one filled with pain and failures.
