Camilla has been practicing the exercises in this book for years. She practices reiki healing and has found peace through meditation and use of the techniques in the book. Camilla wanted to write this book to help others deal with the gift (and sometimes burden) of being a psychic empath. She can feel the feelings of others as well as feel the feelings of animals. Camilla found that accepting her gift was a learning curve and journey that she wanted to share with others. Her mother was a psychic empath and practiced a lot of these exercises, but she didn’t practice them herself until she was older and had been in two bad relationships with a narcissist and a sociopath. She wants to help other psychic empaths avoid the struggles with anxiety, overwhelm, and depression that she’s had in the past. Now she has been practicing grounding, centering, and shielding techniques for years.

Empath and Psychic Abilities is a guidebook for people who are extremely sensitive to the feelings of others.

Likely more women than men- a female audience is more likely to read this. This is likely to be an American audience. The readers are very sensitive people who are suffering from too many thoughts and too much energy that isn't their own.
