It explains how to gain more strength and stability for minimizing that pain and helps people lose the fear of the effects of low back pain. This book hopes to give confidence and strength to people dealing with nagging, uncontrolled low back pain.The 5 lessons cover spine and core anatomy, how to use key muscles to support your low back while you work and play and also techniques and exercises to keep your back strong & balanced for the long-term.

thinking of illustration of gender neutral person bent over from low back pain. Then illustrate, in some way, that person straightening up and feeling stronger. The key here is going from bent in pain to upright with less pain. Immobile to mobile. Non-functioning to functioning. I want to show some sense of muscle and bone working maybe in the torso of the image.
