It´s a book where I talk about my lifestyle going from numerous modern fitness diets to Ayurveda, an ancient medical tradition of healing, *UPDATE* So basically transforming from a bad eating relationship to a fitness powerhouse who´s almost stage ready. Mentally and bodywise.

Mostly people who like a healthy lifestyle. Mental health, good eating habits, listening to their bodies and finding inner peace. They do yoga, meditate and like to be healthy in general. They are being proactive tho and not waiting for wonders.

Tapa blanda o Paperback

No one wants the casual and boring headline-picture-headline order. It´s an ancient diet but not an ancient book. We want to attract our readers. You can use a nice colourful, but good organized or luxurious look with spices for example, because the book is mainly focussed on the diet part. Make it creative but decent. Less is more. No clusterf***, please. Those are just some ideas. You are the experts. Good Luck artists! Postscript: Yes there are 3 s´s in a word in the title. be creative ;)
