Mostly women who are career oriented but want to balance their obligations with family, wellness and still pursue their dreams, also women who are goal oriented and have a calling to be leaders but don't know where to start. Finally, women who want to overcome the invisible barriers that keep them from feeling successful or want to overcome self-doubt and the syndrome of thinking small.

Although the book talks about embodying success, it is more focused on personal transformation. I want something clean, simple, to the point, not too girly, but not the traditional success book cover. In my mind I see something abstract and masculine like a key because of the word "success" in the subtitle, but I also see some kind of abstract visual of a sunflower because of the word "flourish" in the title.

I do not want a traditional picture of a woman running in a field of flowers with her hands up to the sky. As far as fonts, I am thinking for the title as long as is i t a bold Sans serif font I am ok. and for the subtitle, I think a serif font might work, but you are the designer so I trust you to make it look good.
