Corduroy is a Canadian short-term rental business (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) serving a dynamic clientele of travellers looking for a place to stay that stands out from the usual hotel accommodations. Corduroy is enthusiastic, thoughtful, hip, bold, classic, and even a bit nerdy.

The spaces are ultra-comfortable, relaxed, clean, modern (with a hat tip to the classics), luxurious (without being pretentious), colourful, and design-forward. The spaces are imbued with local flavour and design elements (local artists on the walls, locally roasted coffee, local spirits and beer, etc) and often tell a subtle story. No two suites are alike. If you call our 24 hour concierge service, you'll talk to a local expert who can answer any of your questions about the city, whether it's the best place to eat or the hidden gems most tourists don't know about.

Our clientele is looking for something different, unique. They are coming to visit friends and may want a place to hang out before a show. They may be business travellers looking for solace after a day under florescent lights at the corporate office. They are generally between 20 and 50 years old, clean-cut, and have high expectations. We aim for perfection with every interaction.

The winning design will be unique, timeless, adaptable and scalable.
