We are professional tradesmen that custom make jewellery, 90% of what we make is engagement rings and wedding rings. Our hands are dirty and we try and be as matter of fact about our product to our clients as possible. We use Precision technology such as stereo microscopes, CAD software and 3D printing
Most jewellery brands named after a designers last name, we are following suit here and naming our business after Ryan Silvester.
Silvester coincidentally is the term for “happy new year” in German and is a trending hashtag in late December every year.
The business is registered as Silvester Studio and the domain is registered as http://www.silvester.studio. We are open to having an option of having the domain in the title of the business.
We require a low detail and small mark for stamping inside our rings
Ideally this would be the same as our logo. The stamps are scaled down to 1mm x 1mm (Google “jewellery hallmark”)
Our average price range for our rings is A$3,500. We sell mainly to Men 25-40
We primarily use 18ct gold, Platinum, Diamonds and Sapphires.
**Update: WE HAVE ENOUGH BIRDS Try a different approach, everyone seems fixated on the bird, we are looking for more options. Two current designers have explored the bird idea fairly extensively.
We have a TEMPORARY logo on our website which is a stylised Kingfisher Bird. We like the idea, but aren’t in love with it. WE ARE LOOKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS(Not other animals) We are wanting to explore other options in design style. such as an abstract symbol or a clever negative space design. We did use an ambigram logo (included below) in 2012 and we loved it, but it was a little hard for our customers to read. Our designs for engagement rings are very heavily influenced by the Golden ratio. It is a very pleasing thing to incorporate into our designs.
Our business card will need to have a blank space somewhere to write Quotes or stock numbers on.
