1. Zuu group training (a form of dynamic group high intensity fitness training based on body weight animal movements - hence the name ZUU).
2. F.I.R.E - focused intense resistance exercise (weight training with barbells and dumbells to increase lean muscle mass, metabolic rate and to encourage fatloss).
3. Metabolic precision nutrition (science based body transformation nutrition).
4. I.C.E - intense cardiovascular exercise. Sprinting, jumping, kettlebells and crossfit style work outs to burn maximum body fat.
What does Body Torque stand for?
Torque definition - A moment of force that causes momentum. We are then applying the principle of Torque to the body via training (exercise) and nutrition.
The target market is men and women who want to train hard and eat the right types of foods in order to achieve the very best results. Originally we wanted to call the gym 'Urban Warrior' but we felt this may be off putting to females. The logo needs to appeal to urban males and females however, still represent that we are a high intensity fitness brand. The brand personality has integrity, is professional and honest, it encourages people to strive to reach their best through dedication and determination, it is strong, it offers a sense of community support and togetherness, it is results driven, and it is time efficient training.
We are happy to work the letters BT (short for Body Torque) into the logo if it visually works.
The tagline for the Body Torque logo is "Personalised fitness evolved". We would like the font to be modern, visually striking - yet very clear and easy to read.
We are open to any suggestions in terms of logo design. e.g character, abstract and so forth.
We found it difficult to select the 3 types of logos that we wanted designers to explore.
