Attached is our existing logo, the branding that appears on the front of our building and a sample of the idea we had for a new logo.
The name TriVAN originates from the owners children. Vanessa, Anthony, and Nicolette. The triangles denote the height of each of them at the time the company was formed.
Now they are grown height is less of a factor but there is a strong connection to their children. The triangles seem to mean a lot to the owners.
There are two colors that appealed to one owner, Kentucky Blue and Hi Vis Green, which are attached in the sample logo.
We are trying to differentiate ourselves from all the other roofing companies. Of the top roofers, most have a roof in their logo. We don't want to be them.
We need a logo that instills confidence, forward looking, established, cool colors because our roof products contribute to energy savings.
In roofing, a lot of the companies are run by husband/wife, father/son, father/daughter,etc. In short, family-led operations. This makes companies appear "small" or limited in scope.
Roofing is not a business with a lot of cache. It has a PR/Appearance problem. One where consumers don't take roofing seriously. We want to change that.
