I am a professional speaker and how-to guy. We are creating a new website to hopefully take me to the next level.

Instead of the same ol picture everyone has. I want a high end full-body avatar of myself

Full body avatar. in the style of http://shama.tv. This is the graphic style I am looking for (no dog for me :)). Clean lines and shadowing and smiling face is what I am looking for. I have seen many avatars the really really look bad. So it is important to have the same style as Shama or better.

I will need the AI layered files from the awarded designer.

Design will be used in print and web so please design at higher res. I can reduce down to fit the different needs.

Images of me attached. I do not exactly want the same posse. But theses are the only pics of have of myself.

Pants to be jeans, shirt can be white and jacket black. Maybe my right hand in my pocket and posse being straight on or at a slight angle facing screen right. Oh yeah - make me look a little thinner in the face and belly. I have lost 30 lbs since these pics.
