Reading logs is a website that tries to eliminate paper. It provides three options: (a) Kids submit their readinglogs (title of book / minutes read) each week to teacher. (b) kids also practice spelling lists given by a teacher. Norm today - a parent quizzes student on spelling words. The website speaks these words to the student. (c) Kids also draw and submit vocabular cards - a drawing based on a word/sample sentence.
This site allows elementary kids to do what they need to do every day - reading, spelling and vocabular. Please visit the website - at the bottom there are 3 boxes. Each box shows these examples. Play with Spelling practice - hear the spoken words, practice spelling. This is also an environmentally friendly website - eliminates paper. (each week 15 Million sheets of paper are wasted). The app will do what the website does today. It will help kids enter reading logs (and submit to teacher), draw vocabulary cards and submit to backend server and practice their spelling skills. Whatever you see on the website will be available on the app.

This is a new market.
Today kids have to submit a paper based readinglog each week. This has the list of books they read, the minutes they read.
Then the teacher gives a list of vocabulary words - kids have to draw picture about the word and write a sample sentence.
Then the teacher gives a list of spelling words - kids have to memorize
spelling and learn.
The app will let them do all this.
