Need Program Logo: Help me capture classy attention with a program "badge" -- more work if this goes well

We work with middle-aged men and women who want to lose weight and increase energy while practicing a fun, healthy lifestyle.

Help me get people's attention with a crisp, sharp program badge (thinking square or circular) that I can use for both web and high-resolution printing.

The program badge should include the following:
Bolt!
(lightening bolt icon/image/design)
6 Week Reset Adventure
by onvo.com (see specific note below on how I want this to appear)

If this goes well, I have 8 programs that I would like to develop a uniform template that can be used for all 8 designs. (If an icon (i.e., lighting bolt) is used, all unique icons must look like they are from the same design family—and not be a collection of random icons. The tone/message is to be fun. Or consider unique design accent that makes more sense for up to 8 programs.

So your task is to FIRST create a design template I love --THEN we can consider using the template to create corresponding designs for 8 individual programs (listed further below).

My vision:
Same design for all 8, but each design has a unique icon that intuitively corresponds with the specific program and our logo colors #809F35 And #42692C

See very simple examples attached, but I want all to include “by onvo.com” using a script type for “by” and the actual logo font/design for “onvo” (minus the star and tagline) SEE ATTACHED

I want these designs to be circle or square dimensions that make it easy to post on websites and within square thumbnails on social media sites

For each design, I’d like to have:
Print and web files
Color (color background with white letters) and Reverse design (white background with color letters)
Programs
