StoreFront in Philly's Hottest Neighborhood Needs a Facelift

I want to purchase a commercial set of buildings that are run down. But, before I do, I want to see the possibility of what the buildings could look like with a total re-do of the outside facade.

I want the outside of the two middle buildings and the last building on the right re-imaged. Specifically, I'd like to see:

1) The storefronts on the first floor totally re-imagined as high end retail clothing stores and a restaurant with outside seating

2.) the middle two buildings on floor two will be apartments where I'd like to add a roof top deck with a pergola, outside garden and garden lights.

3) the last building on the right will be the owner's apartment on floor 2 & 3.

4) I would like to see a blend of period details with a modern/updated twist. These buildings were built in 1913. Flower boxes would be a plus.

East Passyunk is a neighborhood in Philadelphia that was just listed to Food & Wine magazine's 10 Best Foodie Streets in America. That's where the building is.
