Acme Development focuses on creating quality housing for military families in markets where there are major needs. Acme targets off-base properties within close proximity to the flagpole to ensure less travel time for soldiers and more quality time with the family in safe communities.

Target audience is predominantly large investment funds - pension funds, insurance funds and hedge funds.
Logo will also be used at properties themselves but will be secondary to the name of that apartment project itself.
We are looking for a creative and professional logo to be used in presentation materials, letterhead, etc.
Acme has recently shifted from more general real estate development to this more military market focus so we're looking for a new logo/brand that better reflects this new direction.
This is off base housing in areas where forts are growing fast and there's a strong need for additional housing. While the prime driver in these markets is soldiers, anyone can rent.
