This brief is to design a company logo and associated name brand design for use on the company webpage, Print· Billboard· Company Uniforms- Letterhead and Business Cards.
It is critical that during this initial start up phase the companies branding, logo and website appear completely professional, cutting edge and inspire confidence that we are capable of representing other companies brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Once we are trading the Logo must appeal to outdoor people of all age groups The design must assist in web-based retail by distinguishing the website from others and being memorable.

Our initial thoughts were that the logo colours should be that of nature, earth, sea, sky and the sun being browns, greens, blues and yellows and reds. But given we will be selling equipment metallic’s i.e crome/silver will be considered.
If the logo is in a primary ‘enviro’ colour it must be innovative to stand out from a sea of “green” themed logos or quite bold. The name and the logo can be considered two separate items or incorporated into the one design.
The logo must be general to outdoor sports but may incorporate multiple themes i.e. camping, climbing, kayaking, biking, skiing etc or Summer/ Winter or elements: Earth Air Fire Water as the intent is to seek agencies to represent multiple adventure disciplines.
We would like the logo to become a sort of icon that in time could be used in isolation of the full brand name on house-branded products.
We encourage designers to feel free to adopt their own ideas. However all the typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out and inspires confidence. Be creative but try and keep the design 'clean'
