Mango Springs

Mango Springs is a residential real estate development based in the up-and-coming tropical destination of Belize, Central America. It features residential lots 20 minutes from the Caribbean Sea with amenities such as a private clubhouse for owners and beachfront access.

We are in the very beginning stages of marketing and developing this project (we are the developer). The feel we want to get across is one of Caribbean relaxation; of sunsets and beaches and palm trees; of a tropical destination for living and vacationing; of a dream lifestyle without the dream price tag.

We want to sell Mango Springs to investors all over the world who are either looking for a place to retire and live comfortably but without spending their entire retirement account, or who simply want to take advantage of the huge growth potential of real estate development in Belize.

The people in this audience are savvy investors, but they are also dreamers. They love the fantasy of a tropical paradise but are not willing to just toss their money into a dream without doing their due diligence.

We want our logo to reflect the relaxed Caribbean lifestyle coupled with the strength of real estate as an investment or retirement vehicle. Please include the place name "Placencia, Belize" somewhere in the logo along with the development name "Mango Springs".
