Author/Photographer needs SWEET ACTION Logo!

Hey guys,
Thanks for considering this project! So here's the deal:

I am a writer, speaker, & photographer that needs a logo that can be used for everything I do.

I'm an outgoing, dorky, fun-loving, friendly twenty-something that loves a good logo! :)

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS:
-I'm looking for something trendy, versatile, clean, possibly weathered, yet classy.
-An icon should be incorporated along with the text of my name
-The icon should be strong enough to stand on it's own without my name.
-The icon will possibly be used on photographs
-No more than 2 colors.
-I like the colors: black, grey, white or something close to #33CCFF & #CC0000
-Gradients are cool as long as it still looks good if I need to change the logo to just black or just white.
-Possibly incorporate an asterisk into it.
-Only submit on Black & White Backgrounds

DESIGN NO-NOs
-Please no designs that make the logo look like a camera or a lens or a pencil. I'm only trying to brand my name.

SIZE SPECIFICATIONS:
-I need the logo to be large enough to place on a banner & small enough for the web.
-I'd like to see the photo submitted as horizontal & as a square (or close).

Files:
-I definitely need the logo in PSD form. Anything else that is standard to give out, I'll take that, too! :)
