Descripción general

We are a 'to-be launched' boutique luxury real estate firm working in the suburbs of New York City. There will be 25 young agents who wear suits to work daily, present themselves in a professional manner and are all very Manhattan-centric (urban chic).

The community we are launching in is very old-world, wealthy and upper class. We will be the 'new kids on the block' and are trying to merge old-world sophistication with a youthful, cutting edge mindset. The main thesis for company branding is 'old world meets new world.'

The motto for the new venture is 'Real Estate. Redefined.'

Through new age advertising and web marketing we hope to achieve a young, agressive presence in our market. The logo to be designed is blending the old with the new. A classic Irish Family Crest with a modern font and layout would be ideal!

Cuéntanos a qué tipo de público quieres llegar

Our main target market is for younger 28-52 year olds in the New York City/outer burrough areas looking to settle down in the suburbs. They are in the mid-upper income brackets, mainly husband and wife probably with children.

Both husband and wife work full time, have live-in nannies or help for children and enjoy living a higher end lifestyle. They are mainly in the financial, legal or medical fields and have multiple degress in higher education.

They are very sophisticated and expect to find a house with someone on their level. Our goal is to convey a level of sophistication no other brand can in our market. There is lots of 'old-world' competition but nothing with a youthful, playful edge.

The average prospective buyer makes over $100,000 a year, drives a luxury car and enjoys living a chic Manhattan lifetsyle. Our logo should convey a similar luxury-centric world with a modern twist.

Requisitos

it is very simple, we need the irish family crest (coat of arms) which is attached redone with a more sopisticated approach. we need that BY ITSELFand then with the following verbeage:

the main logo should be laid out as follows:

(irish family coat of arms/crest in middle)

the colors of the company are dark green and silver (again old world and new world). the family crest can have multiple colors as it already looks in the attachments.

the attachments for the coat of arms have the iron head and design outside of the coat of arms, we prefer that this not be in the logo unless it is done very well. if not we just need the crest with the 2 lions over the fish.

we are more concerned with the coat of arms as the logo, the wording of the donnelly group, etc we already have good mock-ups for font and layout
