Digioffice+Cafe (or DigiOffice & Cafe) - flexible on formatting
Digioffice+cafe is a Houston startup entrepreneur hub. A two floor building near downtown Houston is being converted into a cafe/bar on the first floor and a coworking office on the second floor with conference room with electronic whiteboards, receptionist, and many desks for freelancers/entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a nice place to collaborate, create and work.
Digioffice+cafe will serve as a creative workspace where you can always feel focused and inspired. It will provide everything necessary to act as daily office, or an escape from the mundane office enviorment - whether it's a library of reference material, wifi, complimentary coffee and tea, or scanners, fax machines and videoteleconferencing.
The building includes three separate outdoor workspace and cafe spaces as well - including a rooftop patio which will most often be rented out for corporate gatherings.
The primary focus will be on entrepreneurs who don't want to work from home or need to have meetings with clients in a nice enviorment and a central location, employees who need focus, or students who want to study.
The downstairs cafe will be open to the public and push creativity through art, music, and fine drinks and food.
We are near the convention center, so will often get professionals needing workspace for a day or two as well.
We expect our target audience to be very involved in social media.
I'm giving creative freedom here. I expect something text based, with a strong focus in typography. I believe they should be light, modern colors. We will use many light woods in the facility, as well as have an feng shui inspiration.
The building has exposed brick as well...so something to keep in mind when building out the logo.
The logo should be able to be used well in print, as well as on a sign on the building.
