We started out working for a small Venture Capital backed company which went bankrupt due to this "Economic Downturn". While there we developed many HR and IT systems, policies, procedures, web services, infrastructures and connections which many startups and new companies struggle to correctly develop. Our aim is to get these companies started on the right foot with guidance, knowledge and experience so they can concentrate on developing their product.

Startup and emerging growth companies who want to hit the ground running with proper systems, policies and procedures utilizing good sound financial, HR and IT techniques and structures. Clients are engineers, scientists, small startup companies who need a jumpstart and parttime expertise in getting their companies up and running.

We are looking for a logo design which would present well on business cards, Web sites (Our own and links), presentations and documentation.

Here are a few items to consider:

1) No cartoons or animations.
2) Something which would project well on business cards, letterhead, and presentations with a transparent background and/or on a white and non-white background (will stand out)
3) typeface should be clear and stand out. We do like a font base similar to Lucida Fax Demibold, Berlin Sans FB, Franklin Gothic. Simple, Bold and easy to read.
4) Would like to strengthen the cloud identity so the logo should/could be, using some cloud image/structure which we can possible use later for branding purposes.
5) Logo should try to have a C9S in the confines of a cloud (or whatever design you come up with) and the 9 offset down between the C and the S).
6) "Cloud Nine Solutions" text should appear in text form under the logo (no LLC). Logo should be able to be used/stand out with/without the text again for branding purposes.

Feel free to experiment with colors! We are partial to the blue/light blue/white color schemes.
