We are one of the New Zealand’s leading financial services providers, specializing in investments, savings and pensions. We work tirelessly to seek out the best deals in the market working with some of the most recognised NZ financial brands and service providers to offer you a quality service in a transparent, impartial and responsible manner.
Our target market is the business professional who is concerned about preparing financially for the future. This person would most likely be college educated with a wife and two kids living in an upper middle class neighbourhood.
Life-Time Financial Group Limited is looking to do a complete brand makeover. While the old logo has seen better times, there are some sentiments that it was trying to convey (some successfully and some not so much) that need to be present in the new logo - assurance, certainty, certitude, confidence, conviction, fortitude, resoluteness, and trust.
The old logo had a pair of hands protecting a financial investment. The new logo need not incorporate that idea as long as it reflects those sentiments mentioned above.
We need different logo variations for the soon to be re-designed website, email header, letterhead, business cards. There needs to be two different versions for the logos used in the email header and letterhead. One that says 'Life-Time Financial Group' and one that says 'Life-Time Financial Group Limited'.
At the end of the contest, we will require the winning designer to provide the following files in the handover phase:
1. unlocked vector file
2. unlocked .eps file
3. unlocked .ai file
4. large .jpeg file
5. Font names and file location(s)
You have as much creative freedom as you need and we can be as involved as you need us to be.
<edit> After several designs were posted, the company Principal had the following remark:
I would prefer that they work with the hands and dollar signs as I originally mentioned.
In my mind it allows us to tell a story around the logo - as the hands do not touch the money (and we do not hold or accept any money from clients) however we carefully manage a clients money to ensure it provides value for them – whether it’s an income in retirement that we can increase by using a superior option or saving for a short, medium or long term goal or need. This is the savings or investment aspect of our business.
For the insurance side, we’re there with the money when our clients need it the most.
JUST this morning a 55 year old client passed away and we had already delivered the cheque to the surviving partner and will now assist them further.
Prior to his passing, he received a monthly cheque while he was unable to work which enabled the family to carry on a far more normal life than the alternative.
Our logo also gives a prospect an idea of what business we’re in – (i.e.) when you think of money think of LIFE-TIME.
It’s unique in NZ as no one else has anything similar – although several have piggy-backed on my company name – which in Canada would not be allowed.
