Pathfinder Fitness - finding the right path to a leaner, fitter, stronger you. Our easy to use, online training program will help you to understand where your fitness level is at, where you want it to be, and how to apply the right systems of training and nutrition to achieve the best results. If you have lost your way in fitness in health, you’re not sure where to start, or simply looking to achieve better results, this program will guide you down the right path. Pathfinder Fitness pathways will direct you to exactly WHAT system of nutrition and training program suits you and WHY, as well how to APPLY, to produce the most noticeable and effective results in as little as 6 weeks! We do most of the planning for you, it’s now up to you to implement these plans and changes.
We are here to guide you on the right path and here to help! Our online-training service provides you with most of the benefits of one-on-one personal training training, at a fraction of the cost. Our online support and assistance from experienced trainers includes skype calls, email correspondence as well as group support from your fellow peers as you walk the fitness pathways together.

Our aim is to simplify all the fitness and nutrition information out there and narrow it down into pathways for people to achieve best results. There is information overload out there, and whilst we are saying there is no right or wrong, we have created pathways to a series of progressive systems that match nutrition with training depending on the goal. These systems of eating and training will peak at different times of the year to produce desired results. We firmly believe that eating a clean diet coupled with intense exercise is the only way to achieve noticeable and sustainable changes to your physique and fitness level.

The Pathfinder Program
The following program provides both nutritional and training systems, divided into different phases which will be combined together to create your own fitness path and program based on an initial assessment. This program, created by you, for you, takes into account your personal situation and then maps out your fitness path - providing you with a series of fitness and nutritional ‘tasks’ to complete throughout the year. We want to do more than just train you - we want to teach you how to plan ahead and measure your results on a monthly basis throughout the year and reassess your goals, rather than chase your weigh-loss tail daily or weekly.
An initial induction process will ensure you see results no matter your fitness age or skill level, and set the foundations for the progressive training and nutritional systems that we will be personally developing and coaching you on on a month-by-month basis.
