A bit background story about THE PATH PILATES if it's helpful: I switched my career at 30 to pursue my passion in Pilates after moving my life to a new country. To me Pilates not only strengthened my body and eased my chronic pain, it also created a mindful connection between my mind and body. It is a path for a new start, a path for healthy lift style, a path that leads to my inner happiness. And I want to help others discover their own path towards better wellness as well.
