We need an opt-in bonus logo that consists of 3 parts, an ebook, a CD case, and a CD. Here is an example of what we want them to look like, not the design ON them, just the type of look:

So, in the end there will be one logo logo that will fit in the spot on this next picture marked in red. Just as an example:

The cover art should include the title of the eBook and our logo for Internet Business Mastery:

It should also include artwork that signifies exactly what the eBook is about, which is teaching the basic steps for creating an internet business that will help people escape jobs they hate and live the lifestyle of their dreams doing a business based on their passions!!

Please use a blue colored design scheme for the design of the covers.

Item 1 - 3 individual PSD files with the flat design of the ebook, CD case (that looks more like a thin DVD case), and a CD.
