To inspire student athletes age 11 years and older to achieve their highest potential through competitive sport.
equip is a strength and conditioning program for competitive athletes ages 11 and above. The program is built on a foundation which includes mental preparation and mindfulness.
We seek to inspire a mindful, purposeful student athletes so that they may achieve maximum potential both on and off the field. Key characteristics include:
-Developing a winning mindset
-Self and team discipline
-Measurable goal setting
The sport specific training program will run in our strength and conditioning facility. We will also visit area team facilities/fields and work with local teams/organizations. Example: Youth soccer practice fields
A primary objective is reducing incidence of injuries caused during training and competition. We will identify movement dysfunction and asymmetries through a screening process. This will help parents and athletes understand potential risk of injury. We will help develop mobile and stable movers.
Our conditioning curriculum will help develop safer, stronger, faster and more explosive athletes. Athletes will participate in a wide variety of speed & agility, plyometric, endurance and strength building activities.
