I am a movement therapist, health coach, running coach, biomechanics specialist, pilates ninja, pelvic floor guru and all out foot nerd. I coach, cajole, educate, poke and prod people into moving better naturally so that they can move well for the rest of their lives, dodge surgery and keep all their own joints. I focus specifically on runners and other active women particularly those with pelvic floor issues, prolapse and urinary incontinence. I help people find the joy in their movement and life. I offer pilates for runners, strength training for female runners (lift heavy for better running) injury prevention through natural movement, foot health and barefoot education and pelvic floor exercise.
