High Flyers Academy

I am a Success Coach that specializes in Leadership Development for Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Executives, Youth/Family, Career, & Life. I have also been in Sales for 10 years and Sales Management for 5 years. I am a Success Coach because I truly feel that people can be anything in life that they want. Yet, at times people will look at the glass half empty, and my job as a Success Coach is to allow them to see Success is attainable by controlling their thoughts. I am motivated to help others attain their dreams and goals in life.

I will be targeting sales reps that have aspirations to make presidents club, get promoted within their company, or just be a consummate sales representative. I will also target sales managers to be much more effective in coaching sales reps so that the manager and rep both attain their desired success. Regarding youth, I will work with this group to allow them to become the leaders they want to be whether this is at school, in the community or in life. I will also work with parents to be better leaders to their children. Sometimes we can hone in on the negatives with our children, I will create self awareness with parents so they more consistently look for the positives in their children rather than the negatives. To wrap up my audience is: Sales Reps, Executives, Sales Managers, Teens, Parents, and anyone else that wants to enhance their leadership skills to successfully master themselves or lead others to new found heights.

My aim is to develop current and future leaders in the previously mentioned arenas. The name High Flyers=Leaders. Academy=Higher Learning. This is an online site called High Flyers Academy where current leaders and individuals wanting to become better leaders can come to. I will coach these people to be more sound with their leadership skills so they become High Flyers in school, at work or in life. At the end of the day, my ultimate goal is to create better individuals that will go out in the world and make a positive impact. To me I see the logo having themes of the following: Jets (SR-71 Blackbird--Highest & Fastest Flying Jet), Rockets, Man with Jet Propulsion back pack, with mountain in background and an academy on the top of the mountain. Essentially an aircraft flying high (High Flyers) with Mountain (Tallest Peak) and an Grecian Academy on the top of the mountain? Just an idea. The Logo should personify: High Flyers Academy.....It should also evoke: Leadership, Coach, Success, Victory, Motivation, Positive Force, Shift in Thinking. The colors should be in Orange, Red, and Royal Blue.
