We build custom to semi custom homes in the MPLS MN area. Our average sales price is 650k, and we are branding our company to differentiate us from our competitors. Our philosophy is to build a home that is going to cost them less over the time they live in the home. So we created an energy Package that saves 70% or more on all utility bills, which equates to about 3-5k per year in savings. We are a family owned and operated company...my dad (Larry) started the company 21 years ago and 10 years ago my 2 brothers and I joined him to carry on the family business. We are the only builder in our area that created this kind of package and the consumer has received it very well. Now we want to take it to the next level to incorporate it to our collateral materials.

Typically our target market is move up families, so ages from 30-50 year old husband and wife...1-3 kids aging from new born to getting ready to leave for college. Every once in awhile we will get some empty nesters that are very analytical and really understand our Energy Package.
For work, the wife could be a stay at home mom to an executive style. The husband is generally an executive person working for large Corporations.
Our goal is to take our original logo and incorporate our Energy Package into it. Our energy package reduces 70% on utility bills. Not only does it save you GREEN CASH, its good for the environment, and safer for the family inside the home.
Studies have shown, our demographics we are building for are more worried about the saving GREEN CASH and its a safer environment for their family. With good for the environment coming in last.
