$400 for Layout & Logo Design

We are looking for a logo and a layout for our Anime site.

Desired Color Scheme:
No specific requirements. Since most of our visitors are teenagers, we can try some bright and vibrant colors maybe. Light background color.

Web 2.0?

We are looking for a logo and a layout for our Anime site.

I dont have any specific logo requirement, you can use the word Anime xxxx or anime-xxxx.com with or without the slogans Free Direct Anime Downloads, This is where it all began.. maybe an icon next to the word??? Not sure. ^_^, but I do need a 16x16 favicon.

The layout requirement:

1a. Header (height between 100px to 200px) with logo, and anime image design (maybe a rotation?).

1b. Header links include home, forums, anime, manga, and gallery (optional), etc. Prefer in flexible way but not requires, so we can add more links later.

2a. Body has 3 columns, the width should fit under 1024px (or 800px) screen

2b. 2 side columns at left/right, left/left, or right/right positions. We should able to fit skyscrapers in either/both columns, so the width must at least 130px or 170px or more.

2c. We may take off both side columns (the right side column will take off first) in sub-pages, so make sure the design are depend on both side column or the right side column.

2d. Content column will hold our news, latest anime episode, latest manga chapters, latest forum posts, etc.

2e. The side columns will hold

a menu with all sub-links (must on the left side column), such as Home, Link to Us, Join Us, Staff Information, Contact Us, Donation, FAQ

a login form/member information section (either left or right side column), the member information box will contain an avatar, member username, message count, logout, etc. basic information.

a donation section (either left or right side column), and we need a donate button design.

an affiliate links section (either left or right side column)

a shoutbox section (prefer on the right side column)

a statistics section (either left or right side column)

3a. Footer links include contact, site map, privacy policy, legal disclaimer, and terms of service, etc.

The layout should allow us to place 1 or 2 leader board(s) (768x90), 1 or 2 skyscraper(s) (120x600 or 160x160), square (250x250) or rectangle (300x250)
