We are real estate investors who specialize in "buying houses" that need repair work. Our target audience are distressed homeowners who need to sell their home fast with no hassle. I want to make sure all designers understand what our business does. We are real estate investors who buy distressed houses from people who are usually in a distressed situation. This is not always a very cheerful process, so we want to differentiate ourselves with a logo that makes our company more welcoming and trusting to the clients we approach. We definitely want the logo to reflect what we do in our business which is "buying houses", but we also want it to incorporate a sense of community, neighborhood, people, business, etc. The "BEE" in the name allows us to be more memorable, so please get creative with that.
