The Six Foot Track is a 45 km walking track located just west of Sydney in the Blue Mountains of Australia. The Track is the best way to get the true feel of NSW's rich history and its evolution over the last 200 years. Winding through State Forests and National Parks, the track follows the original 1884 horse track from Katoomba to Jenolan Caves.
It usually takes 3 days to walk the whole track, but shorter walks can also be taken on sections of the track. The track crosses differences in altitude, aspect, climate and soil types leading to a wide variety of flora and fauna. Campsites are located at Cox's River, Alum Creek and on the Black Range. A key feature of the track is the Bowtell's swing bridge which is a suspension bridge across the Cox's river.

The logo is required to clearly identify the Six Foot Track for our target audience which includes individual walkers, small family groups, school groups, armed forces who uses the track as a training activity, guided walks/trips with commercial operators, day trippers etc. I would like to see the logo used on various printed material along with future promotional items.
In the logo I would like to see mountain either green or blue in colour to define the Blue Mountains) I would like to see an sandstone escarpment on the mountain (refer to the photo below to get an idea - SFT Getaway 001.jpg). Also inclue a river flowing from the mountain flowing under a suspension bridge (refer photo attached - Bowells Swing Bridge (2).jpg). Also include a walking track leading from out of the mountain and across the bridge. Perhaps also a sun rising over the mountain and a bird in the sky. Please also use the words "Six Foot Track" within the logo.
I would like to see the logo in two styles one as a round shape (for possible use as a badge) and one in the normal rectangular shape.
