Ian Layton Constructions Pty Ltd
I am Ian Layton – a Builder, Project Manager and Developer with a strong belief in quality construction. Currently, located in Noosa Springs (Queensland, Australia), I have lived in this part of the world for 28 years and understand the dynamics of this idyllic cultural landscape.
After finishing my apprenticeship at the age of 20, I have developed a brand in the Noosa Heads area that encompasses a variety of development types ranging from residential, commercial, light industrial and the Noosa Marina berth and facilities. There were no definitive lists or rules in the early days of construction, however the revised changes in technology and practice has challenged my constantly evolving business to achieve best practice solutions and innovative ideas.
Some of the luxury homes crafted by my business, have been the key drivers to deliver stronger housing prices in various locations in Noosa Heads. The result from implementing the key principles of innovative and quality within the Noosa vicinity, has enhanced the cultural landscape for Noosa Heads and created a stronger identity for luxury living. With a strong understanding of what luxury actually means to buyers, I have engaged various clients and delivered quality results on ground.
