Muse is our parent company, but we have two brands: Muse & Imagine. We are looking for a single logo that creates consistency between the brands. The logo should be the same between the brands (font, style, layout, etc) while having their own wording and coloring (Muse = one color /Imagine = another)
Our two divisions are: Muse (Full Planning & Design) and Imagine (Month-Of Logistical Coordination),

What We Want:
**FEEL: This is our #1 need = Luxury Feel while still being feminine (not frilly and pink feminine but not looking too masculine). We target $100,000+ weddings for clients who have a very refined sense of taste.
**FONT: We've been thinking of something like a brush stroke or handwritten signature font that we can use in all of our marketing (needs to be accessible to us) – think of it as an artist’s signature, but of course something in which all the letters and words are readable and the "I" in Imagine actually looks like an I and not a T or a J, and same for the M in Muse. But, after looking for something in this realm, we are open to any/all fonts!
**IMAGES: Currently, we have two ladies as our logos, and the fonts are different between the two brands (Muse & Imagine). We do not care if the ladies stay or go, but we don't want anything TOO litteral.
*Challenge #1 with this: there is no consistency between the brands – we want to create this. One look, one font, different “takes” on it – whether that’s color or texture.
*Challenge #2 with this: for the weddings, neither lady is wedding-oriented. We are NOT girly and do NOT target an audience who wants to see a cheesy rendition of a bride, but our ladies don’t indicate bridal. We did have an idea with this, but don't necessarily NEED you to go this direction... If you could create consistancy between the brands by using the same font and layout for both, and then made both ladies into "paintings" (ie watercolor or pencil sketch or oil paintings), this could be a fun way to consolidate the brands. We've uploaded some sketches/paintings we like to give you an idea of styles.
**COLORS: Currently, we have a hot cherry red for Muse and Tiffany Blue for Imagine, WE ARE NOT LOCKED INTO THIS!! We are 100% open to suggestions on this. We want to focus on luxury, but DO need specific colors for each brand to specify the brands throughout our platforms (blog, social media, business cards, etc)
I included our current brands in the images below....
To Give You a Better Feel for the Brands:

Hotel it would be Borgo Santo Pietro
City in the World it would be Bali
Artist it would be Michelangelo
If Imagine was a...

Jewelry Store it would be a local hadcrafter
Hotel it would be the Four Seasons
City in the World it would be the Greek Aisles

Muse deals with clients who need someone to craft a vision for them - an artist. A designer. Our target is a client who has two extremes they want to build into one vision. Two cultures, 2 religions, 2 styles.. Blended into one. We talk in terms of artistry, vision and the brush strokes that bring it all together - think of us as Michelangelo.
Imagine targets the visionary client who is organized, sleek, has a vision of her own and needs someone to understand her vision and create it without flaw.
