If you go to the quickieq.com site you can look around, but I am in no way married to the color scheme. In fact, after I get a logo I plan on doing some rebuilding of the site. So feel free to go wherever with the colors. But keep in mind that I will maintain a fairly simply look to the site (white background - low graphics) because the site is information intensive and I want it to load fast.
The logo can be jazzy and cool, but not juvenile.
The idea behind the name QuestionPress is that the user is creating and publishing questions - ie printing press.
Another aspect of QuestionPress is that these questions are being distributed quickly over the web. So it would nice to somehow have a sort of wireless image/motif added.
This logo is going to be used at the top of the web site, but will also be used across the top of each responders response screen. For this reason it would help if the logo is more rectangular than square.
I will create an iPod/iPad home screen icon using some aspect of the logo
One of my selling points is that QuestionPress is affordable - so logo should not be ornate.
