I am the CEO of a successful startup company doing work in mobile self-help applications.
The project involves riding cross country on a motorcycle to speak with different psychologists and researchers, and along the way seek life fulfillment and inner peace. The folks are all people that I know well from work, most of them, are published authors - many of them best selling authors.
The long trips between towns, the different nature of the different towns, and the input from the researchers and authors all add up to new interesting insights about life. The trip will be documented on a website and through different social media channels, and the end result will be published in a book.

The logo needs to accommodate the following products:
1) A website (rideofyourlifenow.com)
2) Different social media channels (Facebook, Twitter)
3) Print (the cover of the book)
The challenge is to convey both the "hard" aspect of riding along with the "soft" aspect of seeking meaning and fulfillment. Since the target audience is men around age 40, the logo should make the immediate impression of cross country motorcycle cruising, but at the same time be differentiated and communicate an identity that is not only about riding.
