Ridge View Apartments is a brand new multi-family development in Cheyenne Wyoming. Target demographics are young (20-35 yo) professionals, managers and families. Looking for something with an hip upscale rustic vibe (think Park City, Aspen or Breckenridge). This is a modern take on traditional apartments. Don't want to look like anything else in Wyoming so don't get too literal with the graphics. The views will be amazing. Mountains dominate the landscape. We want the logo to be a modern take with a chic rustic vibe. Don't think old log cabin, this posh lodge with cool views. Keep it young, hip and still a bit traditional as the name implies. Nothing too literal. The logo in the picture of "the Falls" is about as literal as we would like to go, but don't try to copy it, use your own creativity for this one. So go for the feel of wide open spaces, fresh air and panoramic views without drawing those exactly. Its for an apartment building so we need to be able to use the logo vertically, horizontally, stacked, linear and font only. We may pull the graphic out of the logo for location identifiers and other branding efforts. Property may be named "Ridge View" as two words or possibly combined as one word "Ridgeview".
