There are six different experiences, working the six main muscle groups seeking to achieve six specific objectives.
Original classes combine 25 minutes of cardiovascular work on the treadmill with 25 minutes of strength training on the floor. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

Each day, different muscle groups are worked in short 50-minute workouts, so that your body has the perfect workout and rest balance needed for recovery to get the best results of weight loss and body toning.
