Mark Cafiero's SNAPshops - workshops for point-and-shooters!
You can learn all about me at my blog: http://www.sixpeeps.com
I'm a professional wedding photographer (please see http://www.cafierophoto.com). I'm known for my professional work, but people also know me as an adventurer, traveler, outdoor sportsman, and my sometimes-juvenile sense of humor.
People are always intrigued by my point-and-shoot photography: how I get such awesome shots with my cheap-o point and shoot camera. So I am putting together a continuing series of hands-on photography field-trips. I'll be taking groups of 20 or so out on field trips to local attractions. We'll be taking photos and I'll be providing coaching and tips to better their photography.
I'm targeting 30-somethings. Lots of my target market are new parents, but I get a lot of older folks, too. Regardless, they are enthusiastic about life and want to capture it better with their cameras.
I love the "i" in my sixpeeps logo (http://www.sixpeeps.com) and am almost thinking it would be cool to use it as the "i" in my "Better Pics" logo. But I'd also like to see some without it.
I also love the professionalism of my professional logo (see http://www.cafierophoto.com), but that's maybe a tad too serious for this.
I would like the logo to be literally "Mark Cafiero's SNAPshops" with a tagline, "amaze yourself and others with your own point-and-shoot photography"
I'd like the "SNAP" to be the main attraction of this logo.
The "Mark Cafiero's" part should be the coolest scripty font that you can imagine.
The tagline should be very easy to read.
