Historic Floors creates some of the highest end, custom residential floors all over the world, but primarily working in the New York Metro area. We work with architects, designers, builders and clients specializing in both new and antique floors. Some clients know us just as Stephen Gamble's office, so we are struggling with how we should brand ourselves, either keeping Historic Floors or dropping it altogether. Stephen's name is an important part of our brand. His name and reputation is gold and has become an industry standard for top of the line. We also finish millwork which may make historic floors misleading. Sometimes people refer to us as Historic Floors and Finishes. We also like "Floors and Finishes by Stephen Gamble"?

We are obviously struggling with our branding. The current logo was designed a decade ago and we don't love the black and gold or the ombre shading. We just moved to a new showroom in Greenwich, CT and want to freshen up our logo for the new signage that will go up.
