I am in my earlier thirties. Being active is my lifestyle. Sport and Nutrition have always been a big part of my life. I played and practiced various kinds of sports and love the versatility of it. I love strength training and olympic-weightlifting because in my opion this is the stuff that lets you live forever. On the nutrition side, I always tested new trends and put it into practice. I also wanted to get down on to the smallest units of it (biomechanics of sports and biochemistry of nutrition)
Through my passion for sports, I decided to study the science of sport at the university. Early on I combined my studies with working in the field of fitness. Many people looking for the holy grail or short cuts of fitness and nutrition. With my scientific and practical background, I can provide help with clearing the jungle of all the confusing stuff out there. This is my part of giving something back…
I offer personal-training and a habit-based nutrition coaching program. I want the core of my business to be the nutrition coaching. With my decade of experience in the field of sport (Master of Arts in sports science), I also offer personal-trainings but I don´t want this to be my core business. Sports and Nutrition, for me, go hand in hand and should be part of everybody´s life.
My personal training is face to face, and my nutrition coachings can be as well. In addition, I offer an online nutrition coaching support/content/progression with an online program. My targeted group is mainly busy professionals. In the end, I don´t want to target a special group because I want to coach everybody, that wants to feel better and become healthier.
I follow a holistic approach. Every Person is unique, has special needs and a „special package to carry“ therefore the service I give has to be unique and customized to one´s special needs. (Unfortunately,) I don´t sell wonder pills, short-cuts or catchy programs. With me, people (re-)learn the basics of nutrition & exercise. I take them on a journey rather for a whole year than just doing „quick fixes“(get your dream body in 8 weeks Bla Bla…) Sustainable, reachable, authentic and down to earth goals and coaching - that´s me.
Ich biete Personal-Training und ein (auf Gewohnheiten basiertes) Ernährungscoaching an. Ich benutze face-to-face Coachings und ein online basiertes Programm für Ferncoachings. Die Zielgruppe sind hauptsächlich "busy professionals". Letztendlich coache ich aber jeden, der eine bessere, gesündere und effektivere Version von sich selbst werden/sein möchte. Bei mir steht der Mensch als Ganzes im Fokus.
