Our target audience varies from professional athletes to general populations. Specializing in personalized training programs for groups. We currently train high level UFC fighters and are expanding into all levels of strength and conditioning within Mixed Martial Arts as well as all other sports. We have a large following of average people who want to train like an athlete for weight loss and rehabilitation. We are a functional facility using the simplest tools and the mosts basic patterns to get results. The company is known for its commitment to an organized program that takes the athlete or client through all appropriate progressions to get the most effective result. We pride and identify ourselves on our programming, organization, and structure for our clients to prevent injuries and overtraining while achieving optimal results. We differentiate ourselves from other group fitness facilities based on those qualities as well as the results which speak for themselves. Our name "Blocks" signifies the "Block periodization structure" which is how we organize our training calendar year. A "Block" is a group of weeks, months, or even years in which we progress clients through. We change the emphasis of individual blocks of their program to accommodate and adapt so we can limit over training and have an optimal peak physically for an event competition or just life.
