The Gadsden House is a very historic home (Grade 1 Listed Building) located in Charleston, South Carolina. This home and its grounds are currently being restored and will be used as premier wedding venue. Our target audience will be brides and event planners. This property has very unique and historic gates designed by Philip Simmons. These gates include a very intricate snake, which we would like to incorporate in the logo, but we must be careful about how this is presented. Brides and snakes can be a little tricky, so be creative!

We really love the calligraphy G design, so find a way to place this inside a design. Here are some of my thoughts based upon the images I have uploaded for you. Image Watermark_Example1 (green Celtic design), my thought was to resign this so that the scroll in the center was replace with the Philip Simmons snake design (shown in SnakeGate.jpg) and then place a prominent G in the center (maybe G_example 1). The second idea was to take G_Example6 and replace the side squiggle with the snake design. Same idea on G_Example 3 and G_Example3, but use a fancy snake design. Finally, G_Example5 thought was to watermark SnakeGate.jpg image and place the G_Example 4 prominently in the center. These are just some of my thoughts, but remember this is a wedding venue so snake design should be subtle. Remember you will need to find a way to wrap the design with the name 'Gadsden House'. Good luck!!!
