Design a stunning UI for an iPhone app - NO DESIGN RESTRICTIONS! UNLEASH YOUR CREATIVITY!!

My app allows users to save their favorite/notable places they have been to. It allows them to add photos,tags,notes and even share the locations they have saved.

I already have some ideas as to what the app would look like but i am open to suggestions and even a complete redesign of the app. More details can be found in the powerpoint slide i have attached.

There are some small details that i would like the designer to incorporate into the design if possible :

1. When scrolling up and down the app, i would like the 'placenote' logo at the top of the app to shrink and resize again just like how the instagram app does it. (just open instagram and scroll up and down, you'll see what i mean)

2. When scrolling up and down, make the photos pan up/down together with the scrolling motion of the user. Just like how Whatsapp does it. (open a conversation with a photo and try scrolling up and down)

3. The above 2 features can only be found in the updated versions of the instagram and whatsapp for iOS 7. Speaking of which, I would like the design of this app to also be synonymous with iOS 7 (my apologies if this seems obvious)

4. Feel free to add in any feature or design as you deem appropriate
(you are the designer after all) and let your imagination and creativity run wild as i mention again that i am very open to suggestions and even a complete redesign of the app.

Placenote App

All the details of the app can be found in the attached powerpoint.

In a nutshell, There should be 5 tabs at the bottom of the screen for users to navigate the app.
And the app has to be extremely simple to use. It should only take a few seconds for users to find their location > take a photo of that location(optional for the user) > add tags > add notes(optional) > save the location.

The key feature of the app is the social tab which contains the "trending" section. This page shows users the places that are saved by a significant number of other users, hence appearing they are 'trending' . Users can sort the trending places according to 1. location(by city,nearest to them) , 2. type of location e.g cafe, park etc. or by 3. tags (e.g brunch, cheap food etc.) . Lastly, the user's saved location is strictly private and only known by themselves, no one else.
