The app starts with a Login screen where the user can either register, login or follow a forgotten password workflow. The login screen should have a blurred background photo. You can find references in the full brief that is attached to this project (both as a google doc and a pdf)
After the login, the user sees a welcome screen carousel that briefs them into the core features of the app - the fact that it follow an innovative regimen that restarts your health, immune system and ability to live an active life.
Payment page - The end of the welcome slides provides the user to either purchase the premium version that grants them access to all resources or try the app for a day. The finalisation of the welcome process and the setup of the profile asks the user to enter metric data - Height, Weight, Age and Gender. This is to calculate the nutritional intake.
After this choice, the profile of the user is created and he/she is taken to the main page of the app. This has 3 tabs - Profile, Recipes and Workouts.
The Profile is the main place for the user that provides information on his progress. The amount of calories they should eat for this day, the selection of recipes they have decided and points them to the daily workout. It allows the user to start the regimen which will activate the 28 day schedule. Each day of the regimen has a specific diet and a workout class.
The Recipes tab displays all recipes that are part of the diet for the day and allows the user to navigate inside a recipe for details on ingredients and instructions on how to prepare. Each recipe displays the amount of calories that this will add to his nutrition intake for the day. From here the user can click on a recipe and enter the Single Recipe Page.
The Workouts tab displays the workout for the day and allows the user to switch between a workout with or without equipment. The user can navigate to a single workout page where they can watch the video of the full workout.
