4 main screens in the app.
*Daily Activity Form - basic form with 5 fields. screenshot attached. Should show the day you are entering for as entry for past days is it allows you to fill in days in the past that you have missed. Pre-populated to make it easy to submit.
*Weekly weigh in - Will show the previous 7 days activity detail, plus a summary so the guys can easily see which habits led to the weight progress. eg. 7 days will be shown in the same format as on the monthly progress chart and the summary (totals) for breakfast, lunch, dinner, grog & exercise will be shown in a positive visual way.
*Monthly progress chart - shows the previous 4 weeks of daily activity as rows with with weekly weigh in. Should show at a glance how good (or bad) they have been. Green days = good. Amber = breakout/too much grog. No workout is neutral, but workout is good (green). This is for the data hungry users who want to think about their habits impact results each week. Includes a graph of the progress towards the end goal.
*Dashboard - shows goal and the 12 weeks progress summarised at a glance - for the braggers who want to show their mates how they are going. Gives visual on meals / grog / workouts for the whole 12 week program.
