SKYBOSS USER CASE
John is a 34 year old male based in Paddington, Australia. He works as an executive banker with ANZ and is constantly travelling between states within Australia on business related work and many times travels with high net worth board members of ANZ. He has been passed on an invitation to Skyboss by a friend and has noticed that one of the flights offered is a private jet which holds 6 passengers and flies between Sydney Domestic Airport & Melbourne Domestic Airport. This is a perfect solution for him as he does not have the time to go back and forth with a private jet operator and book a flight, plus he in most cases does not have enough notice for these providers to be able to meet his needs. He straight away provides details for his flight:
Pickup Point - Sydney Domestic
Destination - Melbourne Domestic
Date - 16/1/15
Time - 9:30am
Number of Passengers - 3
Return trip Required - No
John then double checks the information and approves his quote details. He waits for around 5-6 seconds and Skyboss provides a quote of $6,589.99 (Incl. Gst) for a 2009 Model Citation 6 based at Mascot Airport. He is happy with this price and approves the flight with his chosen payment method. No extra information is required from John as personal details such as name, age & weight are pulled from his profile by Skyboss back end platform. All of this data is provided to Skyboss contracted operators who provide aircraft, pilot and flight experience. These operations are highly qualified/certified within Australian CASA Laws.
Once payment is approved a flight brief is saved in Johns calendar which he can later go back to for information retrieval such as flight times, type of aircraft and flight operator/provider information.
John is very happy with this service as it was fast, very simple to navigate/operate, retrieves flight details quickly, but more than anything, did not require him to make a number of time consuming phone calls and what is usually more than 5+ back and forth emails.
