Hello, my name is Maggie Coker, and I'm the founder of FlowerTalk. FlowerTalk offers mentoring and training for holistic mental health and wellness. We offer aromatherapy, flower therapy, in-person and online therapy, and workshops and retreats, and are currently based in Accra, Ghana. With FlowerTalk, my goal is to help shift how people think about mental health and wellness, by facilitating and celebrating flowers, human interaction, mental wellness and connection, as well as creativity mentoring and floral artistic expression. I'd like a notebook designed (front cover only). The notebook will be used by my clients for journaling and self-reflection. I'm looking for an earthy and natural design. The design will be printed onto a white paper notebook cover (see link in 'references' below). The concept behind the project is about self-reflection and how - like the flowers themselves that we use in therapy - mental health and wellness can be a beautiful journey, too. I like the hand-drawn / line / sketch style. As the design will be printed onto white paper, we encourage you to add a pop of colour here and there (perhaps in watercolour-style - up to you!). We are not looking for an overly feminine design, as this notebook will be used by my all my clients. Please include the words, 'FlowerTalk' in the design in a small size, using the same/similar font to our logo.

The notebook we will be printing designs onto is here: https://www.printful.com/custom/stationery/notebooks/spiral-notebook. The print file template is attached, with specifications for sizing. Some must-follow guidelines: 1. Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 300 DPI We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we advise preparing files in JPEG instead. 2. Create files in sRGB color profile To ensure your design looks the same when printed as it does on screen, make sure you create your print file with sRGB color profile. 3. Adhere to the safe print area Keep all important graphics or text within the safe print area to avoid missing design elements on the finished product. 4. Remove print file template guidelines If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they'll show up on the print. 5. Avoid designs with borders We advise against using borders in your designs. Borders can appear uneven if the print is shifted during the cutting process. 6. Use full-bleed images To ensure the best possible outcome, use full-bleed images with graphics that span across the entire dimension of the document.
