U Hostels

We are an upscale hostel (type of hotel for young people in which our clients share the rooms) with modern design
What we want to do is to mix our press release format with our "power point corporate presentation". The idea is to have 5 to 6 pages as a magazine style

Build a corporate brochure for template for different audience:
- investors
- travel agents
- press & Media
This brochure should be editable

the idea is to have a new corporate presentation, so we need to merge our corporate presentation for travel agents "U Hostels eng WTM" and our press release.
The brochure should be a mix of both, in a 5 to 6 pages format, giving the image of a reliable company but with the design and modernity that our company delivers
we don't mind the program used (indesign, photoshop, pages, word, etc) but should be editable
on the u hostels press kit.zip, you will find pictures of our hostel
